[TF2Mettle] Buffs n' Nerfs: Scout

Finally starting this. Originally, I was going to do this like a week in, but then I realized I needed more time to go through every weapon change, see how they fared in pubs, as well as compare them to their old versions. I'll be doing this by best buff, best nerf, and wierdest buff/nerf. Starting of course, with Scoot.

Best Buff: Fan O' War
Originally, this weapon was restricted to MvM, as it was one of the few places where it has a chance to be useful. Sure, it allows you to deal mini-crits, but the fact that you have to get in to do it is a bit risky. Let's also not forget it's horrible damage output. Now it's pretty good. It has the same attribute as the bushwhacka, where it deals crits when it should minicrit, and the damage penalty has been changed from 90% to 75%. After using it for awhile, I love it, and it feels so good to finally get it up to unremarkable, which was near impossible with the old one.

Best Nerf: Baby Face's Blaster
One of the many weapons this update seemed to kill. The Blaster was once the annoyance of many people, as it was easy for a scout to blaze in, get a few meatshots in, and run away. Now, it have increased loss of boost when you jump, and reduction when you take damage. The latter, is what killed the weapon, as all it takes, is 25 damage, and you're at zero. It's not that hard to clock 25 damage on a scout, especially if you're a mini sentry engineer, or a pyro. A gimmick they did for this update, was everything that was being overused, or people felt was being a bit unfair, got some sort of change, as well as some of the underused stuff. They've made this weapon too difficult to use anymore, and it shows by the vast drop of users.

Weirdest Nerf: Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol
...Why? Did they really need to make a mediocre weapon worse? Just....what the hell? Sure, it's effects now only happen when it's out, but removing the permanent +15 health, with +3 on hit, was a good idea? Let's not forget, this gun is still has the slow firing speed. And to go back on my statement with things being until you hold the weapon out, that also means the no fall damage, which means you have to hold it out before you hit the ground, to receive it's attributes. WHY? What was wrong with the old one? Sure, not many people used it, but at least it was somewhat of an option. This nerf, has made the lowered this pistol, below the Winger.

And thus begins the saga of weapon changes, that was gun mettle. A spoiler for later, there was 1 class, that the game has really hurt.
