Oh hey, a character design that's been in the works for a long time, but now people might associate this as a fan character of sorts....Been through that before, but regardless.
So, if you've ever noticed when I draw Allstar, you can sometimes see a mark on his forehead. That is the mark of Brimstone, a rather important symbol among the various gods. It allows the bearer to call upon a form, that even the most corrupt of gods stray away from, simply known as Brimstone. For Allstar, this form is activated in various ways, like removing his face like a mask, or "being on Death's Doorstep".
Allstar's variant, has a mind of his own, to the point of being a separate person. When separated the two can be recognized by different traits and appearances (Eye color, the fact Allstar wears a hat, the chest item). Personality-wise, Brimstone (Who Allstar has given the nickname "Brim") is more refined, and seems more knowledgeable then his counterpart. That being said, he's not one for the antics that his double and co get into, wanting to lay dormant as it passes.
In combat, Brim can use various blood magic techniques. From forming blades and bullets, to firing a beam out of his mouth and chest, he does it all with no concern for the lives of others. As most god's strength, come from the faith of their followers, Brimstone's come from the inevitable: Death. This is why the form is so taboo among gods, as it's strength can overwhelm the strongest of gods, and takes many years to even partially control.
Only a few gods have this form to begin with: Magnus, God of the Void, was born with this form, and has since mastered it's power; Allstar was given this form at birth, by his mother, and continues to learn how to wield it, though he would rather not show it to his peers.
